Mrs. Lilian Sevadjian Receives Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II’s Order of “St. Nerses Shnorhali”

The 28th anniversary of the establishment of St. Vartan Armenian Apostolic Church of Mississauga parish was celebrated by religious and social functions.

On Sunday, February 3, 2019, Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the Primate, His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan, assisted by Rev. Fr. Myron Sargsyan, Parish Priest.

During the Liturgy, Rev. Fr. Myron Sargsyan ascended the Altar to the tune of ‘Be Joyful’, carrying the encyclical issued by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians and addressed to Mrs. Lilian Sevadjian.

His Grace then pinned the “St. Nerses Shnorhali” medal on Mr Mrs. Lilian Sevadjian’s lapel and handed her the encyclical.
