On September 12, 2017, Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan, Primate, and representatives of the Canadian Armenian community, participated in the Ceremony of Presentation of Letters of Credence by His Excellency Levon Martirosyan, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Armenia to Canada, at the Residence of the Governor General of Canada at the Citadelle of Quebec.
