Primate attended the 45th anniversary event of AGBU Alex Manoogian School

On May 2, 2015, His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimian, Primate of the Armenian Apostolic Church Canadian Diocese, attended the 45th anniversary of the AGBU Alex Manoogian School of Montreal. The hosts of the event were Mr. Armen Bechakjian, Chairman of the School’s Board of Trustees, Mr. Aram Yacoubian, Vice-Chairman, and Mr. Chahé Tanachian, Director of the School.
Mrs. Hranoush Hakobyan, Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Mr. Armen Yeganian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Canada, Mr. Berge Setrakian, President of the AGBU Central Board, Mr. Harout Chtilian, Alumnus of the School and a Montreal City Councillor were among the honorary guests of the commemorative ceremony.
Hundreds of Montreal Armenians gathered in their school to commemorate this important anniversary and to revive good memories of their childhood.
