On July 2, 2011 the ACYOC Central Council meeting was held at the Diocesan Center of the Armenian Church of Canada. The meeting presided by Primate, His Eminence Bagrat Galstanian discussed new initiatives aimed to enhance the role of ACYOC in the life of our Diocese.
A new Central Committee was formed with the following members; Diran Parnakoglu, Garo Torosian, Rita Grigoryan and Ivan Gyadayan. The ACYOC Central Council plans to organize three conferences during the year in Fall, Winter and Summer. Pilgrimages to St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church-Parish in St. Catherines, Ontario and an Educational Journey to Jerusalem, the Armenian Patriarchate.
Support the activities of CYMA and the Armenian Christian Youth Movement yet closely cooperate with Ararat Summer Camp.
The next meeting will be held in August.
